Data from Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Mixed commercial REIT Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust reported portfolio committed occupancy of 88.1% as at 31 December 2025, down from 90.0% a year earlier, as transitional vacancies at Singapore properties and challenges in its Japan portfolio offset strength at flagship assets.

The decline was partly due to other Singapore properties falling to 95.3% occupancy from 99.1%, whilst Japan properties slipped to 73.1% from 82.6%, with the Makuhari portfolio facing particular difficulties.

VivoCity maintained full 100% commitment, whilst Festival Walk improved to 98.4% from 97.1%.
