Starhill Global REIT has prevailed in an arbitration dispute with Australian retailer Myer Pty Ltd over a lease at the Myer Centre Adelaide, with a tribunal dismissing the tenant's claims on 22 January 2026.
The arbitration stemmed from Myer's allegation that the REIT had breached the lease agreement for its store at the Myer Centre Adelaide.
