Data from Acrophyte Hospitality Trust's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Acrophyte Hospitality Trust posted a sharp 16.3% year-on-year decline in net property income (NPI) to USD37.1 million for the full year ended 31 December 2025, as softening room rates, rising operating costs and a weakening U.S. lodging market weighed heavily on the its bottom line.

Gross revenue fell 6.0% to USD158.6 million from USD168.8 million a year earlier, with gross operating profit dropping 10.4% to USD53.4 million.
