Boustead Singapore Limited announced on 10 February 2026 that the Singapore Exchange has issued an eligibility-to-list letter for the proposed listing of UI Boustead REIT.
The company also disclosed that it has entered into agreements to divest its remaining interests in 15 Singapore properties in connection with the proposed REIT listing.
The company's Real Estate Solutions Division, Boustead Projects Limited (BPL), will divest various interests in 15 properties that form part of the initial portfolio of 21 Singapore properties for UI Boustead REIT.
