Keppel DC REIT is navigating a portfolio transition towards larger hyperscale data centres whilst managing several upcoming lease expiries, as it reported record distributions for the full year ended 31 December 2025.
The REIT’s chief executive Loh Hwee Long told analysts on 30 January that management is actively working on renewal discussions for several assets, amid concerns over portfolio occupancy.
At Gore Hill in Australia and SGP1 in Singapore, lease negotiations are ongoing.
