Lendlease Global Commercial REIT’s DPU climbs 3.1% as gearing tumbles

Data from Lendlease Global Commercial REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the
Singapore REITs table.

Lendlease Global Commercial REIT reported a distribution per unit of 1.85 Singapore cents for the first half of financial year 2026, up 3.1% from 1.80 cents in the same period a year earlier, driven by lower interest expenses and perpetual securities coupons.

The DPU comprises an advance distribution of 1.3305 cents paid for the period from 1 July to 13 November 2025, and 0.52 cents for the remaining period to 31 December 2025.
