Lendlease Global Commercial REIT (Lendlease REIT) recorded the largest institutional fund outflow among Singapore-listed REITs for the trading week that began on 16 February.

Lendlease REIT is a Singapore-listed REIT that owns and manages three Singapore retail properties — Jem, 313@somerset, and a 70% interest in PLQ Mall — as well as three Grade A office buildings in Milan, Italy.

The REIT reported its 1H FY2026 results on 13 February 2026, just days before the week in question, where its gross revenue and net property income declined 1.6% and 1.2% year-on-year respectively to SGD101.9 million and SGD74.0 million.
