Japanese logistics REIT Mitsui Fudosan Logistics Park Inc (MFLP-REIT) announced on 30 January 2026 that it has added three new facilities to its list of properties eligible for preferential acquisition, whilst removing one property from the roster.

The three additions comprise MFLP Ichinomiya II in Aichi, which was completed in May 2025 with a gross floor area of 62,343 square metres; MFLP Iruma I in Saitama, completed in January 2026 with 86,808 square metres; and MFIP Ebina &forest in Kanagawa, scheduled for completion in June 2026 with 40,219 square metres of space.

In parallel, the REIT simultaneously removed MFLP Ichikawa Shiohama II, a facility in Chiba with a 60% quasi co-ownership interest and 166,099 square metres of floor space, from its preferential negotiation list.
