Nippon REIT Investment Corporation announced on 18 February 2026 that it has decided to acquire four properties across Japan for a combined JPY15,418 million, with all transactions scheduled to complete on 6 March 2026.

The largest acquisition in the portfolio is Hotel Resol Akihabara, a 143-room hotel in Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, purchased for JPY6,125 million — a discount to its appraised value of JPY7,940 million.

The property is operated by Resol Holdings Co., Ltd. under a variable rent structure tied to monthly sales, a model that Nippon REIT said it expects will support profitability in an inflationary environment.
