Data from United-Hampshire US REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.
United-Hampshire US REIT delivered its strongest half-year distribution in recent history, with distribution per unit (DPU) for the second half of 2025 rising 12.1% year-on-year to 2.30 US cents.
This brought the full-year DPU to 4.39 US cents, up 8.1% from 4.06 US cents in FY2024.
The REIT attributed the growth to the commencement of new leases, built-in rental escalations from existing tenants, contribution from the acquisition of Dover Marketplace in August 2025, and declining interest costs following partial loan repayments funded by earlier divestments.
