Comforia Residential REIT, Inc (CRR) announced on 17 March 2026 that it will acquire three Tokyo residential properties for a combined JPY4.88 billion.

At the same time, the REIT is divesting two operational rental residences as part of a broader portfolio reallocation strategy aimed at strengthening its defences against prolonged inflation.

The three incoming properties — Comforia Gakugeidaigaku East in Meguro-ku, Comforia Nishiarai in Adachi-ku, and Comforia Itabashi Kuyakushomae in Itabashi-ku — are priced at JPY1.53 billion, JPY2.18 billion, and JPY1.17 billion respectively.
