Lendlease Global Commercial REIT's (Lendlease REIT’s) preferential offering has closed with a strikingly weak retail investor response.

Valid acceptances and excess applications accounting for just 62.19% of the 352,360,283 new units on offer — leaving the remainder to be taken up by underwriters in one of the most underwhelming subscription results seen in Singapore's REIT market in recent years.

According to an announcement dated 23 March 2026 by the REIT’s manager, valid acceptances for the offering, which closed on 18 March 2026, totalled 186,932,145 new units, representing 53.05% of the total available.
