Lippo Malls Indonesia Retail Trust, the Singapore-listed REIT, is set to shed its identity of nearly two decades as it rebrands under the new name of Landmark REIT.
The new name is effective from 27 March 2026.
The change, announced on 23 March by the REIT's board of directors, affects not only the REIT itself but also its manager, LMIRT Management Ltd.
It will be renamed Landmark REIT Management Ltd. on the same date.
The REIT's existing counter code on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, D5IU, will remain unchanged.
Its website will also migrate from its current address to www.landmarkreit.com.
To formalise the name change, the REIT deed originally dated 8 August 2007 will be amended and restated through a new deed.
