Singapore logistics REIT Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) is acquiring a Grade A warehouse in Bhiwandi, Mumbai, for INR3,888 million (approximately SGD53.6 million), marking its entry into a third Indian market after Pune and Delhi.
The REIT said on 21 March 2026 that the freehold property, newly completed in August 2025, comprises two blocks of single-storey logistics facilities with a net lettable area of 79,378 square metres.
The warehouse carries pre-certified Indian Green Building Council Gold status and is equipped with features including LED lighting, roof skylights and wall and roof insulation.
