Singapore REIT Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has disclosed a tax dispute in Malaysia.
The dispute centres around a sum of MYR28.1 million (SGD9.1 million) following notices issued by the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) against two special purpose vehicles linked to the Singapore-listed logistics REIT.
