Japanese REIT Nomura Real Estate Master Fund, Inc. (NMF) has announced the acquisition of two recently-built properties in Tokyo, with a combined anticipated acquisition price of JPY8,880 million.

The two properties — GEMS Tachikawa, a ten-floor retail building, and PROUD FLAT Kiyosumidori, a twelve-floor residential building — were both purchased from Nomura Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., the REIT's sponsor.

Purchase and sale agreements were signed on 04 March 2026, with the acquisitions formally completed on 06 March 2026.
