OUE REIT to convert chiller room into office space at OUE Bayfront

OUE REIT announced on 24 March that it has received planning approval to convert the Level 17 chiller system area at OUE Bayfront into prime office space.

This will unlock over 2,100 square metres of additional gross floor area for the REIT.

The initiative stems from OUE Bayfront's ongoing connection to Singapore’s District Cooling System (DCS), which commenced in 2025.
