Tokyu REIT has announced the acquisition of two domestic properties — Togoshi Ginza Round Building in Tokyo and Tokyu Susukino Building in Yokohama — for a combined JPY5,550 million, with both deals set to complete on 15 April 2026.

The decision was made on 16 March 2026, with contracts signed the same day, said the REIT.

Togoshi Ginza Round Building, an office property located in Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo, is being acquired for JPY3,150 million, while Tokyu Susukino Building, a retail facility in Aoba-ku, Yokohama, will be purchased for JPY2,400 million.
