Data from Digital Core REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Digital Core REIT recorded a sharp rise in net profit for the first quarter ended 31 March 2026, even as net property income declined and distributable income remained virtually unchanged from a year ago.

Net profit attributable to unitholders surged to USD5.4 million for the quarter, more than doubling from USD2.1 million in the same period a year earlier, driven largely by a near-total reversal of unrealised foreign exchange losses that had weighed heavily on the prior year's results.

Overall profit for the period rose 61.9% to USD8.7 million.
