OUE REIT’s financing costs tumble 17.8% as hospitality surge drives broad-based growth

Data from OUE REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

OUE REIT’s revenue for 1Q 2026 rose 6.7% year-on-year to SGD70.5 million, up from SGD66.0 million in the same period a year earlier, driven by stronger performance across both the Singapore commercial portfolio and the hospitality segment.

The REIT's net property income climbed 8.4% year-on-year to SGD57.6 million, from SGD53.2 million in the first quarter of 2025, outpacing revenue growth as cost efficiencies took hold.

The REIT's hospitality segment was the standout performer within the portfolio.
