GLP J-REIT has obtained a preferential negotiation right to potentially acquire GLP ALFALINK Ibaraki 3, a six-storey multi-tenant logistics facility located in Ibaraki City, Osaka.
The preferential negotiation right was secured through the submission of Letters of Intent to Kitaosaka Logistics GK, the provider of the bridge scheme through which the property is held.
