Data from Mapletree Logistics Trust's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Singapore REIT Mapletree Logistics Trust posted a 9.8% year-on-year decline in full-year distribution per unit (DPU) for the financial year ended 31 March 2026, as the absence of divestment gains and persistent currency headwinds dragged on returns to unitholders.

The REIT declared a full-year DPU of 7.262 cents, down from 8.053 cents a year earlier, while its fourth-quarter DPU came in at 1.819 cents, a 7.0% drop year-on-year.

Gross revenue for the 12 months ended 31 March 2026 fell 2.6% year-on-year to SGD708.3 million, from SGD727.0 million in the prior year.
