NTT DC REIT beats IPO forecast across all key metrics in debut financial year

Data from NTT DC REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

NTT DC REIT delivered a strong debut financial year, beating its IPO forecast across every key metric.

The REIT’s portfolio valuations climbed 11.3% from the IPO purchase consideration of USD1,500.0 million to USD1,670.2 million as at 31 March 2026.

NTT DC REIT reported gross revenue of USD164.8 million for the period from 14 July 2025 to 31 March 2026, exceeding its IPO forecast of USD160.8 million by 2.5%.
