Data from UI Boustead REIT's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

UI Boustead REIT has raised its portfolio committed occupancy to 92.2% after renewing and signing new leases covering 305,292 square feet of space between 1 October 2025 and 30 April 2026, up from 89.4% as disclosed in its prospectus dated 5 March 2026.

The industrial and logistics REIT, which is listed on the Singapore Exchange and holds 23 properties valued at approximately SGD1.9 billion across Singapore and Japan, said the leasing activity represented 5.7% of its total net lettable area.

The Singapore portfolio performed particularly well, with committed occupancy climbing from 96.3% to 97.1% as at 30 April 2026.
