Broadstone Net Lease, Inc, the New York-headquartered net lease REIT, has secured one of its more strategically telling investments of the year — a build-to-suit development for Tesla, Inc. in Las Vegas, Nevada.

It is valued at an estimated USD39,794,000 and details found in the transaction's data suggest that it stands apart from a typical net lease acquisition.

Broadstone Net Lease REIT, which trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BNL, announced the deal on 11 June 2026.

The industrial-focused REIT sourced the project through an existing developer relationship, underscoring Broadstone Net Lease's increasingly relationship-driven pipeline rather than open-market competition for assets.
