Australian REIT BWP Trust has reported an unaudited property revaluation increase of AUD115.6 million as at 30 June 2026.

This was driven by stronger leasing income, development uplifts and a marginal tightening of capitalisation rates across its portfolio, said the REIT on 24 June.

The ASX-listed REIT, which owns a portfolio of Bunnings Warehouse properties and large format retail centres, said independent valuers assessed 12 properties while the remaining 68 were subject to directors' revaluations.
