ESR-REIT has completed the divestment of seven industrial properties in Singapore for a combined sale consideration of SGD224.6 million.
The transaction forms part of a larger portfolio disposal first flagged to the market on 15 December 2025, when ESR-REIT unveiled plans to sell eight industrial assets for an aggregate consideration of SGD338.1 million.
This represents a 2.0% premium to an independent valuation of SGD331.6 million conducted as at 30 November 2025.
