Manulife US REIT (MUST) completed on 10 June 2026 the sale of Figueroa, a 35-storey Grade A office tower in downtown Los Angeles, for USD92.5 million.

This is a transaction that clears a critical contractual threshold but also quietly underscores just how much the Singapore-listed REIT still has left to do before it can claim a genuine recovery.

The gross sale price generates net proceeds of approximately USD82 million, the bulk of which will be used to retire the REIT's remaining 2026 debt and chip away at obligations due in 2027.
