Parkway Life REIT announced on 30 June 2026 that it has completed the divestment of a nursing home property in Hyogo Prefecture, Japan.
The property, known as Etoile Suma Rikyu, was sold for a total sale consideration of JPY1.1 billion, equivalent to approximately SGD9.4 million.
Completion of the sale took place on the date of the announcement.
