VICI Properties Inc has acquired the historic Carambola Beach Resort in St. Croix, US Virgin Islands.
The REIT has also entered into a long-term triplenet lease agreement with Club Med as part of a planned redevelopment that marks the premium all-inclusive brand's return to American soil.
VICI Properties is one of the largest experiential REITs in the US.
The REIT owns 101 experiential assets across the US and Canada, including landmark properties such as Caesars Palace Las Vegas, MGM Grand and the Venetian Resort Las Vegas.
