Elite UK REIT rebalances portfolio with sale of four Welsh properties

Elite UK REIT has divested four properties in Wales for GBP6 million.

The properties were sold by Elite Gemstones Properties Limited and Elite Amphora Limited, both wholly owned subsidiaries of Elite UK REIT, to an unrelated third-party purchaser.

The four assets involved are located at High Street, Swansea; Windsor Road, Neath; Oldway House, Swansea; and Station Road, Port Talbot.

All four properties are currently occupied by the Department for Work and Pensions.
