Singapore retail REIT Frasers Centrepoint Trust is part of a consortium that has submitted the highest bid for a mixed-use commercial and residential site at Bayshore Drive.
The consortium submitted a bid of SGD2.1 billion, or SGD1,323 per square foot per plot ratio, for the 99-year leasehold site when the tender closed on 15 July 2026.
The site spans 57,460.6 square metres, or 618,506 square feet, with a maximum gross floor area of 149,398 square metres, or approximately 1.6 million square feet.
