Data from Mapletree Industrial Trust's latest disclosure has been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) reported a sharp 8.5% year-on-year decline in net property income to SGD122.3 million for the first quarter of its financial year 2026/2027.

This is the steepest drop among the REIT's headline metrics for the period, as it grappled with the fallout of last year's Singapore divestments and continued vacancies in North America.

Gross revenue for the three months to 30 June 2026 fell 7.7% year-on-year to SGD162.3 million, down from SGD175.9 million a year earlier.
