Heiwa Real Estate REIT, Inc. has agreed to acquire two residential properties in Edogawa-ku, Tokyo, for a combined expected price of JPY2,800 million.

This acquisition is part of the REIT’s ongoing portfolio expansion strategy.

The Tokyo-listed REIT, managed by Heiwa Real Estate Asset Management Co., Ltd., will acquire HF Mizue Residence (previously named S-Residence Mizue) for JPY1,690 million and HF Higashimizue Residence (previously Alivis Higashimizue) for JPY1,110 million.
