United Hampshire US Real Estate Investment Trust (UHREIT) is selling its BJ’s Quincy property in Massachusetts for USD34.0 million.

The divestment gives the REIT a modest gain against its latest valuation while offering a meaningful reduction in leverage.

UHREIT, through its indirectly wholly owned subsidiary BJ’S Quincy 2016 LLC, entered into a conditional purchase and sale agreement with unrelated third party 200 Crown, LLC on 17 August 2026.
