Experiential REIT VICI Properties has raised its quarterly dividend for the second time in 2026 in a move that underscores the REIT's confidence in the durability of its triple-net lease income.

The REIT’s board declared a cash dividend of USD0.46 per share of common stock for the period from 1 July 2026 to 30 September 2026, a 2.2% rise from the prior rate that lifts the annualised payout to USD1.84 per share.

The dividend will be paid on 8 October 2026 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on 17 September 2026.

This increase builds on a run of steady dividend growth at the REIT, which lifted its quarterly payout to USD0.45 per share in June 2026, up from a rate declared in December 2025 that itself represented a 4.0% year-on-year rise.

That momentum is being underpinned by earnings strength.
