Singapore-listed business park landlord Viva Industrial Trust announced on 19 May that it has issued an aggregate of 2,899,499 new stapled securities.

The securities, each comprising of one unit in Viva Industrial REIT and one unit in Viva Industrial Business Trust, were issued on the same day of the announcement at SGD0.7899 each.

The units were allocated to Viva Industrial Trust’s REIT component’s manager, and Viva Real Estate Asset Management Pte Ltd as the trust’s property manager.

The former received 2,052,983 new units while the latter was credited with 846,516 units.

With the issue, each of the REIT manager and the property manager now holds an aggregate of 13,224,207 and 2,349,401 stapled securities respectively, and the total number of units in issue is now 967,473,583.

Units of Viva Industrial Trust are currently listed on the Singapore Exchange at SGD0.80.
