Link REIT positions Kowloon East development as most electric car-friendly building in Hong Kong

Link REIT’s development property at 77 Hoi Bun Road is being positioned as the most electric car-friendly building in Hong Kong.

The Grade-A commercial building, which is jointly being developed by Link REIT and Nan Fung Development, will feature 400 parking spaces - all of which will be equipped with electric vehicle chargers, said the REIT.

The property has since been branded as ‘The Quayside’, and is being positioned for the tenancy multi-national financial institutions.

“We are pleased to have already pre leased over 220,000 square feet of office floor area to J.P. Morgan, accounting for about a quarter of the total floor area, said George Hongchoy, CEO of the REIT’s manager, reiterating the announcement from November 2016.
