Mapletree Industrial Trust (MIT) has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.01 Singapore cents for its 2QFY18/19, an increase of 0.3% year-on-year.

The REIT’s gross revenue and net property income for the period came in at SGD92.2 million (USD66 million) and SGD70.6 million respectively, which represent declines of 0.4% and 0.1% over the same period last year.

The REIT has attributed these declines largely to the effect of the pre-termination compensation received in 2QFY17/18, without which the gross revenue would have been higher by 3.1%.
