Mapletree Logistics Trust (MLT) has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 1.958 Singapore cents for its 2Q FY18/19, an increase of 3.8% year-on-year from the 1.887 cents achieved in the previous financial year.
The REIT’s revenue for the period rose 13.8% year-on-year to SGD106.6 million (USD77.3 million), while net property income (NPI) grew 14.6% to SGD90.2 million.
Accordingly, amount distributable to unitholders rose 32.5% year-on-year to SGD63.9 million.
