CapitaLand Mall Trust better poised to benefit from returning office crowd, says DBS


Suburban-heavy REITs may currently be benefiting from shopper traffic recovery, but returning office crowds in the central areas will provide an additional boost for CapitaLand Mall Trust (CMT).

CMT is a retail-focused REIT with properties across Singapore, both in the suburban, and central areas.

Among the REIT's properties in the central areas, which has been seeing a dearth in shopper traffic due to the COVID-19 lockdowns, include Raffles City and Bugis Junction.
