Urban Commons has issued a strongly worded statement against Eagle Hospitality Trust and its trustee, DBS Trustee Limited.

According to Urban Commons, it has “been unable to obtain cooperation” from both parties with regards to a plan to provide EHT with financial support.

Urban Commons is the Los Angeles-based sponsor of EHT, a Singapore-listed hospitality trust that focuses on the US market.

The firm claims that the amount of funds it has injected into EHT over the past year are outstanding and due for repayment.
