The property manager of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) asset, Raffles City Singapore, is in discussions with Robinsons regarding its lease, REITsWeek has learnt.
The manager will also be using this opportunity to refresh Raffles City’s tenant mix after Robinsons’ impending departure, given the significant amount of space that will be vacated.
Robinsons is a 162-year-old department store that has since gone into provisional liquidation amid difficult operating conditions.
