The CEO of Keppel DC REIT’s manager, Chua Hsien Yang, has highlighted an edge that the REIT will continue to maintain, even as other REITs begin moving towards the data centres segment.

He has also given a sneak peek of the REIT’s growth plans, including possible acquisition targets that are in the pipeline, and the means that may be deployed to fund the purchases.
