Data from Dasin Retail Trust’s latest results have been updated into the Singapore REITs table.

Dasin Retail Trust has reported revenue of SGD51.3 million and net property income of SGD38.2 million for its 1H 2021.

These represent increases of 38.5% and 26.3% year-on-year respectively.

Revenue for 1H 2021 was higher mainly due to higher rental income and recovery from the impact of COVID-19, said the trust on 9 August.

Income contributions from Shunde Metro Mall and Tanbei Metro Mall, both of which were acquired in July 2020, also bolstered its revenue.

Correspondingly, the higher revenue and net property income have translated to a distributable income of SGD20.9 million, an increase of 136.9% year-on year.

The trust has also declared a DPU of 2.98 Singapore cents for 1H 2021, which is an increase of 55.2% year-on-year.

Dasin Retail Trust was last done on the Singapore Exchange at SGD0.54, which currently implies a distribution yield of 11.04% according to data compiled on the Singapore REITs table.
