Manulife US REIT (MUST) has given further details behind its portfolio’s falling committed occupancy figures, and the steps that are being taken to arrest the decline.
These details were given by Jill Smith and Patrick Browne, the chief executive and chief investment officers of the REIT’s manager respectively, at a recent event to discuss its latest financial results.
