11 more Singapore REITs are poised for greater visibility among international investors, given their impending entry into the FTSE EPRA Nareit Global Real Estate Index.

FTSE Russel disclosed on 1 September that the REITs will be included as part of the index’s quarterly review.

The index tracks listed real estate securities globally and it is jointly developed by FTSE Russell, the European Public Real Estate Association (EPRA), and the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts (Nareit).

It is the benchmark upon which several real estate-based index funds are based upon.
