The unit price of Manulife US REIT has fallen by as much as 5% during the trading day on 1 December amid a high volume of married deals.

This after the REIT priced its private placement units at USD0.649, which is the lowest end of an indicative range.

Manulife US REIT first disclosed on 30 November that it would be raising at least USD80 million to partially fund the acquisition of three assets across the US.
