Mixed commercial REIT CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) has emerged as the top REIT acquired by institutional investors during the trading week that began on 7 March.

This is the second consecutive week that an office assets-exposed REIT has emerged as the top REIT acquired by institutional investors, as work-from-home mandates begin to ease worldwide.

In the previous trading week, Keppel REIT was the top REIT sought after by the group of investors.
