Data from Keppel DC REIT’s latest disclosure is in the Singapore REITs table.
Keppel DC REIT has reported gross revenue of SGD66.1 million for its 1Q 2022.
This represents a decrease of 0.9% year-on-year.
Similarly, the REIT’s net property income (NPI) slipped by 1.4% year-on-year to SGD60.1 million.
However, distributable income and distribution per unit (DPU) for 1Q 2022 increased by 5.9% and 0.2% year-on-year respectively.
Keppel DC REIT has attributed these mainly to recent data centre acquisitions and investment in debt securities.
This was partially offset by lower contributions from Singapore assets as a result of provisions made for a client payment under dispute at KDC SGP 12, and higher electricity costs.
Keppel DC REIT was last done on the Singapore Exchange at SGD2.22, which presently implies a distribution yield of 4.44% according to data on the Singapore REITs table.
